We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and experiencedclassroom teacher for our Reception class. This post is 0.6 (3 days a week - Monday- Wednesday). PPA will be paid on top.
We are looking for someonewho is passionate about learning and teaching, who understands the importanceof educating the whole child. At Kingsmead, we aim to achieve high standards incore subjects within a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum. We are particularlykeen to appoint someone with experience of working in EYFS who understands theimportance of providing children with a strong foundation for their futurelearning and development.
The successful candidatewill be able to demonstrate their capacity to deliver good and better outcomesfor all the children in their care, demonstrating a clear understanding of howadjustments will be needed for those pupils with additional barriers to theirlearning. They will have a good understanding of child development and be ableto create engaging, purposeful learning experiences that build on children'sinterests, develop independence and foster a love of learning from the verybeginning of their school journey.
