Gentlemen Grooming Salon is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about men’s grooming, have a strong portfolio of precision haircuts and beard styling, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
• Offer expert styling advice based on client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a premium grooming experience.
• Stay updated with the latest barbering trends and techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a professional barber.
• Expertise in modern and classic men’s hairstyles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid barbering license (if required in your location).
• Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
