The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for an individual who has an ability to cross check construction and live construction works, review design, engineering and construction documentation, provide construction oversight inspections, undertake contractor technical audits, tender reviews, RFIs, due diligence reviews and more.
You will have an understanding of the relevant Building Regulations and statutory limitations, specifically as they relate to fire safety related matters and construction good practice.
In this role you will be responsible for producing high quality documents including routine letters, correspondence, and/or reports and other documents.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in building/engineering, or a related field and/or be a member or associate member of a relevant professional organisation.
