As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of a new team. You will be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking business, with access to the resources and expertise of a well-established international business.
The projects are primarily full refurbishments, converting existing buildings into 5 star hotels.
We are looking for a highly organised individual, with the skills and experience to communicate and manage relationships at all levels. You will be able to work on multiple projects and have fit out experience.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre- contract quantity surveying services across a range of high profile hotel projects.
- Provide accurate cost planning, reporting, and commercial management.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
- Contribute to the development of the UK office.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About You:
- MRICS (or working towards chartership) with solid experience in a consultancy, contractor or development environment.
- Proven track record in cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive, ambitious mindset, keen to be part of a new and growing team.
- Mandarin language skills would be advantageous, but are not essential.
