We are delighted to be supporting the growth of a brand-new UK team for a leading international construction consultancy. This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation with a strong global presence, as they expand into the UK market.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the Liverpool office. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team with access to the resources and expertise of a well-established international business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre- contract quantity surveying services across a range of high profile hotel projects.
  • Provide accurate cost planning, reporting, and commercial management.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
  • Contribute to the development of the UK office.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

About You:

  • MRICS (or working towards chartership) with solid experience in a consultancy, contractor or development environment.
  • Proven track record in cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset, keen to be part of a new and growing team.
  • Mandarin language skills would be advantageous, but are not essential.
