As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the Liverpool office. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team with access to the resources and expertise of a well-established international business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre- contract quantity surveying services across a range of high profile hotel projects.
- Provide accurate cost planning, reporting, and commercial management.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
- Contribute to the development of the UK office.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About You:
- MRICS (or working towards chartership) with solid experience in a consultancy, contractor or development environment.
- Proven track record in cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive, ambitious mindset, keen to be part of a new and growing team.
- Mandarin language skills would be advantageous, but are not essential.
