We’re working with a long-standing, highly respected surveying practice in Liverpool that’s expanding its in-house architectural team. As part of this growth, they’re looking to welcome a talented Architectural Technician who’s passionate about delivering quality, detail-driven design.
If you’re experienced in the retail and/or industrial sectors and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — this could be the perfect opportunity to step up and make your mark.
What you’ll be doing:
- Producing detailed technical drawings using Revit/BIM and AutoCAD
- Supporting the preparation of planning application submissions
- Ensuring all designs meet UK Building Regulations
- Working closely with surveyors, project managers, and external consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes

- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and experience working in a BIM environment
