Background
Kingsley is acting for a number of well-respected and highly successful National & Global consultancy clients, who are looking to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional RICS Qualified Rating Surveyors – Surveyor, Senior, Associate and Director / Partner level, to join their UK Regional offices, working in conjunction with other teams across the country, locations being:
- London & Southeast
- Birmingham & Midlands
- Manchester, Liverpool & Northwest
- Leeds & Yorkshire
- Bristol & Southwest
- Newcastle & Northeast
- Edinburgh & Glasgow
Responsibilities
- Maintain client relationships and act as liaison with clients on specific projects
- Support the team profile in the market
- Ensure professional advice is provided thoroughly, accurately and within set deadlines
- Deliver activities and projects within client expectations (e.g. time, quality)
- Work collaboratively to generate new instructions and pool expertise within the team
- Develop internal and external network for business pipeline/opportunities.
- Consult internally and externally to help identify optimum solutions for clients
Person Specification/Requirements
- Organised, focused and high attention to detail.
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
- Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary: £45,000 to £100,000+ per annum (D.O.E.)
- O.T.E. £50,000 to £200,000+ per annum
- Performance related staff profit share scheme
- min. 25 days’ holiday, plus Bank Holidays and days at Christmas and New Year
- Pension scheme membership (after initial probationary period)
