Kingsley is acting for a number of well-respected and highly successful consultancy clients, who are looking to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional RICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyors – Surveyor, Senior, Associate and Director / Partner level, across the Northwest: Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cumbria.

Person Specification/Requirements:

  • MRICS /FRICS / IRRV qualified
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios.
  • Organised, focused and high attention to detail.
  • Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £40,000 to £90,000+ per annum (D.O.E.)
