What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of education projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supporting clients in developing robust business cases, masterplans, and asset strategies to drive value across their estates.
  • Navigating complex budgetary and stakeholder landscapes, helping education providers achieve efficiencies while meeting sustainability and climate change targets.
  • Overseeing projects in live operational environments, ensuring robust management of logistics, safety, and minimal disruption to students and staff.
  • Managing procurement and working closely with contractors with proven expertise in delivering complex projects safely and effectively.
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong experience as a Construction Project Manager in the education sector, with excellent knowledge of DfE guidance, processes, and requirements.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex capital projects, ideally within schools, colleges, or universities.
