We are looking for a talented individual to join a growing construction business, based in Liverpool. If you want to lead exciting, high-quality construction fit-out projects within the commercial and retail sectors, from inception to completion, then get in touch.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling individual projects to achieve set targets while protecting the company’s commercial interests. You’ll lead projects through every phase, from bid stage to post-completion, ensuring safety, quality, time, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
What You'll Do
Bid & Project Start Phase
- Support the bid process by attending startup and adjudication meetings.
- Complete actions to assist the bid process and project success.
- Oversee contract startup, design meetings, and prepare critical project documentation.
- Produce and issue the construction programme.
Project Delivery
- Drive success by achieving key targets in safety, time, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, update schedules, and manage subcontractor coordination.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure project activities meet company standards.
Post Completion
- Manage defect resolution and client satisfaction during the defect liability period.
- Ensure timely issuance of practical completion and making-good certificates.
Other Responsibilities
- Promote business development opportunities through key contacts.
- Contribute to company-wide improvements and planning workshops.
- Uphold health and safety standards while contributing to the development of procedures.
About You
Y
ou will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven ability to:
- Lead and manage construction projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Drive projects to success while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- You will work for either a consultancy, developer or contractor
- You will ideally have a degree in a construction related subject
