We are seeking a passionate and focused Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close‑knit team. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and insurance work. You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth. Key Responsibilities Hands on delivery of building surveying services Leading projects often coordinating our in‑house multi‑discipline design services Client management and development Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the building surveying team Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services Experience and Skills Required Consultancy experience in the North West Marketplace.
