The Opportunity
You will take responsibility for shaping the national Quantity Surveying strategy — setting direction, building capability, and driving sustainable growth. With strong foundations already in place, this role offers the autonomy and backing to create something meaningful, influential, and more importantly, rewarding. Initial focus will be on London, leveraging existing client relationships and market presence, before expanding the team and service line nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the national strategy for Quantity Surveying

- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing QS team
- Strengthen and expand key client relationships across complementary sectors
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align QS with wider consultancy services

- Proven track record as a work winner within a UK consultancy environment
- Experience building, growing, or significantly scaling a Quantity Surveying team
- Strong London market presence with transferable client relationships
