Kingsley is acting for a number of well-respected and highly successful consultancy clients, who are looking to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional RICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyors – Surveyor, Senior, Associate and Director / Partner level, across the Northwest:
- Manchester
- Cheshire
- Merseyside
- Lancashire
- Cumbria
Person Specification/Requirements
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios.
- Organised, focused and high attention to detail.
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
- Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary: £40,000 to £90,000+ per annum (D.O.E.)
- Performance related bonus scheme
- 25 days’ holiday, plus Bank Holidays and days at Christmas and New Year
