The Client

Our client is a leading independent property consultancy established for over 30 years, covering all the key property sector disciplines, and offering expert property advice for both occupiers and owners of Retail, Leisure and Commercial Property, throughout the UK.

The Opportunity

A Senior or Associate Retail Lease Consultant is required to join an established Lease Advisory team out of its London office. The role offers the opportunity to work on a high-quality retail portfolio while playing a key role in the continued growth of the team. This role offers the chance to help shape and grow a best-in-class specialist lease advisory team, rather than being a small part of a large corporate structure and offers a clear and achievable pathway to Partner level for the right individual.

The role will involve:

  • Leading rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears across in-town and out-of-town retail assets.
  • Providing strategic, commercially focused lease advisory advice to a national client base.
  • Contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships.

About you:

  • Proven track record in lease advisory, ideally with a retail sector focus.
  • Confident in leading instructions and managing client relationships.
  • Either brings existing client connections or demonstrates the ability and ambition to develop them.
  • Seeking greater autonomy, influence and long-term progression within an entrepreneurial and specialist firm.

Salary & Benefits:

Highly competitive salary, car allowance and benefits, commensurate with experience. Performance-related bonus structure.
