- Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Collaborate with candidates to support their progression towards MRICS status.
Qualifications and Experience
- MRICS accreditation or equivalent professional qualification.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years at Associate Director or Director level.
- Strong experience in various sectors such as residential, education, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, and healthcare.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
- Track record in growing and developing a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the regional market and strong industry connections.
