Our client is a leading, dynamic, and award-winning Real Estate Company, based in Manchester city centre, whose developments span across the Northwest, from city centres to suburbs, and up and coming areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Sales Manager to join a successful organisation, at an exciting stage in their growth period.

Overall responsibility for the management of the Sales Department and achieving its targets:

  • Develop the sales strategy for the business and individual developments.
  • Contribute to the company’s business strategy as a member of the Senior Management Team.
  • Establish and continuously improve a robust sales budgeting and forecasting model, reporting and delivering timely accurate management information.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives.
  • Recruit and train a sales team.
  • Manage the sales extras handover and aftercare parts of the business to create a 90% + client satisfaction rating.
  • Ensure that each residential show home is designed to high quality standards, ensuring it reflects the niche nature of the company brand.
  • Strong marketing acumen with the understanding of new build developments and utilising promotional concepts to drive sales (show home/marketing material/incentives to buyers).
  • Strong profile of new homes sales experience, not necessarily at senior management.

Competitive Salary £60,000+ per annum (OTE £80k – £90k) ~ 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) ~ Contributory company pension scheme ~ Premium Private Health Care Package (WPA)
