The Opportunity
- Providing strategic and technical leadership to the Structural Engineering team
- Leading the delivery of complex and high-value structural engineering projects from concept to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor at senior level
- Driving business development and work-winning activities to grow the regional pipeline
- Overseeing team performance, resourcing, mentoring, and recruitment

About You
You will be a Chartered Structural Engineer with a proven background in delivering high-quality engineering projects and leading successful teams.
You should bring:
- Significant post-chartership experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong technical capability and experience delivering complex structural schemes
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop engineering teams
- Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, bids, and fee proposals
- A track record of securing new work and building long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence and credibility to operate at senior level across both public and private sector clients
This role will suit someone already operating at Director level or an Associate Director/Senior Associate ready to step up into a broader strategic leadership position.
