Based from a major regional office in Winchester, this is a senior strategic appointment offering the opportunity to lead and grow an established Building Services business across the South , while also influencing the future direction of the discipline nationally. This is not simply a team management role. We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded leader who wants genuine influence over strategy, clients, people and growth – with the potential to progress to Equity Partner. The Opportunity You'll join an established multidisciplinary office of 150+ professionals , working alongside senior leaders across engineering, project management, cost consultancy, building surveying, sustainability, architecture and property consultancy. The platform is already there: strong client relationships, complementary disciplines, an established team and the investment to grow. Your role will be to build on it. You'll take responsibility for strengthening the Building Services offering across Winchester and the wider Central South, developing existing relationships, opening new markets and creating opportunities across sectors including: Healthcare | Defence | Education | Science
