- Manchester / Northwest
- Leeds / Yorkshire
- Birmingham / Midlands
- Newcastle / Northeast
- Bristol / Southwest
- Cardiff / South Wales
- London / Greater London
Person Specification/Requirements:
- MRICS / FRICS / IRRV qualified
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios.
- Organised, focused and high attention to detail.
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
- Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £40,000 to £100,000+ per annum (D.O.E.)
