We are working with a leading global consultancy (name confidential) to appoint a Director to lead and grow their Healthcare sector team in the Yorkshire region. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior leader with deep expertise in healthcare real estate advisory and project management to take the helm of an established team with an impressive pipeline of secured work.
About the Role:
As Director, you will lead the regional healthcare consultancy business, driving client relationships, service excellence, and team performance. You will shape and deliver strategies that address the evolving demands of healthcare estates, including the delivery of new hospitals, mental health facilities, and community care projects.
- Lead major healthcare projects and programmes, ensuring best practice in project and cost management, health advisory, and strategic estate planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and healthcare organisations.
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition, sector development, and expanding service lines.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to a talented and established regional team.
- Support clients in addressing capital and operational challenges through innovative and efficient solutions.
About You:
Operating at a senior level within a consultancy or healthcare organisation, you bring significant experience in healthcare project management and/or estates management. You have a strong network within the healthcare sector, particularly across the NHS, private healthcare providers, and health infrastructure stakeholders. You are commercially astute, client-focused, and passionate about improving healthcare environments and outcomes. You have a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare projects, coupled with team leadership and business development success.
