Kingsley is exclusively instructed by a leading UK property consultancy to appoint a Director to join their London Residential Valuation team, focusing on residential investment and development valuations across the capital.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a successful and respected sub-team within a market-leading business, delivering complex, high-value work for an impressive portfolio of clients — including lenders, developers, and private investors.

The Role

  • Lead on valuation instructions for residential investment and development assets.
  • Deliver advice for secured lending, internal accounting, and tax purposes.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development and quality output.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, actively contributing to business development.
  • Oversee and review detailed valuation models using Argus Developer and DCF methodology.

About You

  • MRICS qualification (essential) with 7+ years’ PQE.
  • RICS Registered Valuer status.
  • Proven experience valuing residential property assets using comparison, residual, and investment capitalisation approaches.
  • Strong working knowledge of Argus Developer, Excel, and DCF modelling.
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
  • A commercial mindset, able to nurture client relationships and win new work.
  • Experience coaching and managing junior surveyors.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A full UK driving licence.
