We’re working with a leading global property consultancy who are growing their award-winning healthcare team and looking for a talented Healthcare Valuation at Associate level to join them in London. This is a rare opportunity to specialise in valuing trading businesses within the ever-evolving healthcare property sector – including care homes, mental health facilities, private hospitals, and retirement communities.
As an Associate within this high-performing team, you will:
- Prepare trading, investment, and development valuations
- Author valuation reports and conduct portfolio valuations with senior colleagues
- Analyse client and market data to prepare valuations
- Contribute to business development by managing repeat business, attending industry events, and delivering client presentations
- Foster strong relationships with clients, focusing on their needs
- Develop a unified approach by integrating into the wider business
