The Role

Kingsley is retained by an expanding and ambitious property consultancy who, because of continued expansion, are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Property Manager - Associate Director level, to join its Northwest team. You will be joining a dedicated team with a high level of autonomy and client management / leadership opportunities are provided, allowing full involvement in all aspects of managing the expanding property portfolio.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders
  • Where possible, ensure a robust facilities service is provided to clients, proactively addressing maintenance needs
  • Support integration and coordination with the wider property management services
  • Align property management operations, standards, and bespoke service offerings
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory safety compliance across all managed sites
  • Build strong reputations with clients
  • Support with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Produce detailed reports for both clients and the Board, including performance and improvement plans
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Assist with other property management matters as required

Remuneration:

  • Competitive Basic Salary £65,000 - £70,000 p.a. (D.O.E.)
