The Client
Our client is one of the leading real estate consultancies, with a network of 25 offices across the UK. The Planning & Development Team provides a wide variety of planning consultancy services to a range of public and private sector clients.

The Role
Due to continued growth across both the Planning & Development department and wider business, a Director or Senior Director is required to lead client relationships and deliver projects across a range of sectors including but not limited to commercial, residential, rural, renewables and healthcare. You will support the continued development and expansion of the team and have the responsibility for driving business growth within the Planning & Development Department. With an England wide remit, the role shall be based out of the Manchester office, and travel between the network of offices may be required.

Role Requirements

  • Chartered Town Planner with MRTPI status (or MRICS Planning + Development).
  • 10+ years PQE, working with an established client base, and successful experience on growth.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the planning process and legislative framework.
