We are working with a respected consultancy seeking an Associate Director or Director-level leader with a building surveying background and a proven track record in social housing asset management. This is a key strategic appointment based in London, with hybrid working and a clear route to further progression.
About the Role
You will take the lead in delivering high-level strategic advice across asset management, compliance, and housing consultancy. This includes overseeing complex stock condition survey programmes, advising on investment strategies, and delivering strategic asset management plans. Critically, you will be tasked with growing and leading a team of consultants, developing a scalable, high-impact service line within a supportive and ambitious environment.
What Weβre Looking For
- You will either be operating at Associate Director/Director level or be a high-performing Senior Building Surveyor or Consultant with leadership potential.
- Be Chartered status (MRICS or FRICS).
- Have a core background in building surveying, particularly within residential and social housing sectors.
- Significant experience in:
- Stock condition surveys
- Asset database management
- Housing compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Strategic planning (e.g., net-zero, ESG, building safety, reinvestment strategies)
