The Role:

We are seeking an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of ESG law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development. If you are an ESG solicitor looking for the next step in your career, enjoying full control over your client relationships and fee arrangements, this opportunity is perfect for you.

The Candidate:

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

  • Has 4 years’+ PQE in ESG law
  • Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
  • Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
  • Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
  • Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
