The Role:
We are seeking a criminal solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex criminal work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development. If you are a criminal solicitor looking for the next step in your career, enjoying full control over your client relationships and fee arrangements, this opportunity is perfect for you.
The Candidate:
You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:
- Has 4 years’+ PQE in criminal law
- Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
- Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
- Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
- Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
