The Role:

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development. The Candidate:

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

  • Has 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
  • Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
  • Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
  • Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
  • Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
