The Role:
We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law experience, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:
- Has 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.

- Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
- Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
- Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
