At Kingsley, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate must be able to build positive relationships with their pupils and will actively promote the school values - Respect, Aspiration, Integrity, Synergy and Endeavour.
We are looking for a person who has:
- A good level of English and Maths
- An ability to build good working relationships with adults and children
- High expectations of behaviour
- An ability to support teachers in raising standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Qualities such as being caring, positive, flexible, enthusiastic and reliable
- An interest in playing a full part in all aspects of school life
- Ability to assist with lunchtime supervision
- The confidence to cover the class when necessary
