We are looking for a Senior Campaign & Social Media Executive to join us at Kingsley Napley, playing a key role in shaping and delivering our firm-wide social media presence and integrated campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a social-first marketer with strong technical platform expertise who enjoys owning content end-to-end; from idea generation through to posting, performance and optimisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and delivering all social media activity across the firm
- Creating and publishing content aligned to integrated BD and marketing campaigns
- Managing the content calendar to ensure activity is timely, strategic and well sequenced
- Acting as the central point for posting, quality control and governance
- Producing engaging, high-quality content (including event coverage, photography and video)
- Supporting thought leadership, brand profile and talent attraction initiatives
- Tracking performance, analysing results and optimising content across platforms
What we’re looking for:
- Strong, hands-on social media expertise (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and best practice
- Experience delivering campaign-led content in a professional services environment
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce high-quality visuals
- Someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
- Someone who has a great eye for design and strong content instincts
- Someone who is able to build relationships with stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and influence
- Someone who enjoys being visible across the firm - attending internal events and turning activity into compelling content
