This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment and gain exposure to the full hiring lifecycle within a highly regarded professional services environment. Kingsley Napley is seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Assistant to join our in‑house Recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across both lateral hiring and graduate recruitment, supporting the attraction and hiring of exceptional talent across the firm. Working closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers, you will play a key role in delivering a first‑class candidate experience while developing a strong foundation in talent acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating interviews and assessment activities across the business
  • Supporting end-to‑end recruitment processes for both lateral and graduate hires
  • Managing candidate communications and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Maintaining recruitment systems and ensuring data accuracy
  • Assisting with offer management, onboarding and pre‑employment checks
  • Supporting recruitment events, careers fairs and employer branding initiatives
  • Providing administrative support to the wider Talent Acquisition team

About you:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive, collaborative and keen to learn
  • Previous administration, HR or recruitment experience
