Kingsley Napley (KN) is currently recruiting for a People Advisor to join, and complement, a growing team in the number one best law firms to work for in London (ranking provided by Best Companies) on a 12-month FTC.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the People Business Partners and colleagues across the firm to support a wide range of Human Resources (HR) activities. You’ll take ownership of our HR systems and produce reports using Dynamics 365 to support both the People & Culture team and the wider firm. You’ll also provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations matters, while contributing to various day-to-day HR responsibilities and firm-wide initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, efficient, and confident working in a fast-paced professional environment. Previous HR experience within the legal sector or a similar professional services setting is essential, along with a strong working knowledge of HR and HRIS systems. This role offers excellent exposure to a broad range of HR matters, as well as the opportunity to get involved in data, systems, and projects across the firm.
