What youâll do:
- Youâll act for law firms and legal professionals seeking advice in relation to regulation; risk and compliance, professional conduct matters, investigations; and disciplinary proceedings.
- Advisory work requiring an inquisitive, analytical mind, digging deeper into research and crafting persuasive arguments.
- Collaborating across various teams at KN including employment, data protection, public law, reputation management and investigations. You will never work in a silo!
- Handling a diverse portfolio of regulatory investigations and advisory work.
What weâre looking for:
- 3+ years PQE with a solid grounding either in regulatory or public law (ideally in a regulatory context).
- Litigation and/or investigations experience in the regulatory and/or disciplinary field.
- A lawyer currently working in private practice, for a regulator or in another inâhouse role.
- Someone who is inquisitive and thrives on finding the 'winning points' in persuasive drafting.
- A naturally curious and analytical mindset with excellent drafting skills.
