Our Real Estate team are seeking to recruit a Paralegal to support the department in the provision of advice to their client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property (in a legal or non-legal environment) to take the next step up in their career. About You
For this role we’re looking for candidates who are exceptionally hard-working with excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills. The successful candidate would ideally have experience working in a busy and deadline-driven environment with exposure to property-related matters (land registry applications specifically would be desirable but not essential). This role will support with completing land registry applications and stamp duty land tax forms, assisting with limited due diligence on property transactions, as well as research tasks and general administration to support the team. The successful candidate will join a small and friendly team of partners, senior associates, associates and paralegals, working in a collaborative and professional environment.
