This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending structure with innovation, and who is motivated by improving efficiency, collaboration, and legal service delivery.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

- A strong interest in how AI interacts with structured content, taxonomies, and guided knowledge workflows
- The capability to support both internal and external AI products
- A passion for creating well‑curated, well‑structured knowledge content that is easy to find, use, and reuse
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising information, building knowledge systems, and applying AI‑supported tools to improve quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Curating and maintaining high‑quality knowledge bases including templates, precedents, guides and workflows
- Building new knowledge banks from the ground up
- Writing up information in a clear and structured way, and ensuring it is accurately tagged and classified
- Enhancing knowledge structure, taxonomy, metadata, and search optimisation
- Working closely with our AI tools, including prompt training, automation support, and improving findability
- Supporting the development of internal AI products and new external AI‑driven tools for clients
- Ensuring content is meticulously curated, consistent, and valuable for both lawyers and clients
- Contributing to innovation pilots and knowledge product development
- Collaborating with lawyers, Knowledge Lawyers, Business Development, and teams across the firm to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Advocating for knowledge sharing, innovation, and best‑practice use of KM tools across the firm
What We’re Looking For
- Candidates with experience in Knowledge Management or a degree or Master’s in Information Science (or similar discipline), preferably with an AI‑focused component
- Interest in KM, legal technology, or information management
- Strong KM fundamentals, or the drive and capacity to learn quickly
- Interest in working with AI‑enabled tools, document automation, and digital KM systems
- Excellent drafting, organisation, and analytical skills
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach
- The ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- A delivery‑focused mindset aligned with our core values
