We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Practice Support team, acting as a true business partner to our Senior Leadership Team. This is a high-impact role supporting five senior Executives, where you’ll play a critical part in enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities by anticipating needs, managing complexity, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper to the wider business.

The role as Executive Assistant includes:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team, handling incoming and outgoing communication with diplomacy and discretion.
  • Proactively managing complex diaries and inboxes, prioritising with confidence in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Gatekeeping effectively by screening requests, triaging work, and redirecting tasks to the appropriate teams or committees.
  • Preparing high-quality documentation and ensuring materials are accurate, concise and fit for Executive review.
  • Arranging and managing internal and external meetings, conferences and events, handling all logistics end-to-end.
  • Attending meetings, taking clear minutes and notes, tracking actions and following up to ensure delivery.
  • Supporting concurrent projects, carrying out research, managing timelines and maintaining oversight of deliverables.
  • Acting as a delegate and proxy when required, communicating with conviction and professionalism.
  • Collaborating closely with the wider EA team, including providing holiday and absence cover to ensure seamless support at all times.

About you:

  • You’ll be an experienced EA or PA who has previously supported senior Executives within professional services.
  • Thrives in a busy, high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Builds strong relationships quickly and operates with complete confidentiality.
  • Is highly organised, analytical, and confident managing competing priorities.
  • Takes ownership, uses initiative and follows work through to completion.
  • Has advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Remains calm, resilient and approachable, even in demanding situations.
