We’re looking for an Events Manager who’s ready to take ownership of a dynamic and varied events programme at one of London’s most forward-thinking mid‑sized law firms. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and is your chance to shape and lead a calendar of impactful internal, external, and virtual events that reflect our values, support our business goals, and bring our people and clients together in meaningful ways. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and delivering a full spectrum of client focused events – from intimate roundtables to high‑profile conferences.
- Supporting our Responsible Business events programme.
- Managing event logistics, budgets, communications, and post‑event analysis.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the firm to ensure every event aligns with our brand and delivers real value.
- Leading on venue sourcing, supplier management, and hospitality coordination.
- Implementing best practices in event planning, risk management, and ROI tracking.
- Maintaining event policies and ensuring compliance with internal governance.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on all events, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
