What you’ll do:

  • You’ll act for law firms and legal professionals seeking advice in relation to regulation; risk and compliance, professional conduct matters, investigations; and disciplinary proceedings.
  • Advisory work requiring an inquisitive, analytical mind, digging deeper into research and crafting persuasive arguments.
  • Collaborating across various teams at KN including employment, data protection, public law, reputation management and investigations.
  • Handling a diverse portfolio of regulatory investigations and advisory work.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years PQE with a solid grounding either in regulatory or public law (ideally in a regulatory context).
  • Litigation and/or investigations experience in the regulatory and/or disciplinary field.
  • A lawyer currently working in private practice, for a regulator or in another in-house role.
  • Someone who is inquisitive and thrives on finding the ‘winning points’ in persuasive drafting.
  • A naturally curious and analytical mindset with excellent drafting skills.
