Overview

Kingsley Napley is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive growth, strengthen client relationships and support strategic initiatives across the firm, with a key focus on our Dispute Resolution team. Our Dispute Resolution is the firm's largest practice area and is recognised for its expertise in the legal directories. They have a proven track record of acting successfully in high profile, high value and complex litigation, particularly in times of crisis for our clients. This is an exciting time to join our forward‑thinking BD & Marketing team. We’re investing in new digital tools, upgrading our marketing platforms and focusing on long‑term, strategic growth. You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering impactful business development and marketing activity.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement BD strategies.
  • Lead on pitches, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage legal directory submissions and support events planning.
  • Drive cross-team projects and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development supporting a disputes or litigation practice area at manager level.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (HubSpot a plus).
  • Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for learning.
