Kingsley Napley is looking for an ambitious Business Development & Marketing Manager to help drive growth, strengthen client relationships and support strategic initiatives across the firm, with a key focus on our top‑ranked Criminal Litigation team. This role supports one of the firm’s flagship practices, consistently highly ranked by Chambers UK and The Legal 500 and offers the opportunity to work closely with leading lawyers recognised for their expertise in complex, high‑profile matters. This is an exciting time to join our forward‑thinking BD & Marketing team. We’re investing in new digital tools, upgrading our marketing platforms and focusing on long‑term, strategic growth. You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering impactful business development and marketing activity.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement BD strategies.
  • Lead on pitches, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage legal directory submissions and support events planning.
  • Drive cross-team projects and identify new opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in BD or marketing supporting a disputes or litigation practice area at manager level.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (HubSpot a plus).
  • Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for learning.
