This position would suit a full-time or part-time individual – with 4 days minimum per week
Our highly experienced, and top ranked, team of lawyers are well known for their commitment, dedication and expertise in dealing with a variety of complex medical negligence and personal injury cases. Our team deal with the most complex matters and have frequently achieved substantial settlements of well over £20 million.
We are recruiting for an exciting new role; an Associate/ Senior Associate to work closely with the partners and fee-earners managing high value claimant clinical negligence claims (circa 80% of the workload) and personal injury claims (20%).
We are looking for…
- An associate comfortable managing a caseload of complex matters, who can demonstrate excellent technical skills along with strong financial discipline of matters
- A reflective, honest and empathetic person who can give & receive feedback and work well in a diverse team of people
- Excellent role modelling and people management skills; delegating appropriate work clearly to those more junior in the team
- Someone keen to promote their own profile as well as the KN brand, demonstrating tangible contributions towards BD & marketing plans.
