Weymouth Full-Time On-site
K

Our Weymouth branch opened this year and we’re building our first local care team. You’d be visiting older people in their own homes, helping them stay independent and live the way they choose - and as one of the first in, you’ll grow with the branch.

Reports to: Care Coordinator/ Branch Manager

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Personal care: washing, dressing, meals and medication
  • Company, and a friendly check on how people are doing
  • Regular clients and regular rounds, so you get to know the people you support
  • A rota planned by your local coordinator, with a manager on call when you need one

Skills and attributes

  • A full UK driving licence and your own car - our clients live across the area, so this one’s essential
  • The right to work in the UK (we’re not able to offer sponsorship for this role)
  • Patience, kindness and a calm head when things don’t go to plan
  • No care experience needed - we train you, and pay you while we do

What will you gain?

You will have the satisfaction of working with and being supported by an enthusiastic and caring team that puts people at the heart of the business. We know the happiness of our staff improves the service we give our residents. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills, and we have the procedures and processes to help you at every step.
