Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a proactive Head of Care to lead clinical and operational teams across our Weymouth care home.

You will drive high standards of person-centred care, mentor staff and ensure safe, compliant service delivery.

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will oversee care planning, supervise staff performance, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families and external healthcare partners to achieve excellent outcomes.
