Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Service Quality Manager to ensure delivery and ongoing maintenance of high-quality care across a range of services, predominantly in Norfolk and Suffolk with occasional travel. You will work with managers and operations teams to drive excellence, monitor standards, and support teams to maintain regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

The role reports to the Co-Chief Operations Officer/Director of Service Quality, requiring strong leadership and stakeholder management.
