About the role

The PBS values include person-centred care, promoting choice and independence, participation and inclusion. This approach must be applied to all the people we support to empower them to live a meaningful and happy life, within an environment which grows and adapts with each individual.
You will be role modelling this approach and supporting staff to apply PBS in all they do. Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse.
