About the role
We are transforming our Care Advisory Hub and looking for exceptional individuals to join us. This is NOT a "Call Centre" role. This is a high-impact Sales & Relationship role. You will act as the trusted guide for families navigating the emotional journey of finding care, managing the entire pipeline from the first enquiry to the final move-in.
The 4-Day Week Advantage: We demand high performance, and we reward it with exceptional work-life balance.
Your Schedule: You will work 4 days per week on 10-hour shifts (08:00 – 18:00).
Your Time Off: You will have 3 rest days every week. Fully Paid Breaks: Uniquely, all your breaks (1 hour per shift) are fully paid. Christmas Day: We are CLOSED, guaranteeing you this time off.
Your Role
- Lead Ownership: You are responsible for your own pipeline. You will conduct discovery calls, book showrounds, and relentlessly follow up to drive occupancy.
- Commercial Focus: You will match family needs to the right home, balancing empathy with the commercial drive to convert enquiries into admissions.
- CRM Expertise: You will maintain 100% data accuracy in Care Compass (Salesforce CRM).
Working Pattern & Commitments
Operational Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, 7 days a week.
Weekend Commitment: You must be available to work alternate weekends (Sat & Sun).
Hybrid Working: You may work from home (WFH) on designated days, provided you have a private, quiet workspace suitable for confidential calls (GDPR Requirement).
On-Call Obligation: To support our "Sunday Solo" coverage, you will be part of a rotating Sunday On-Call Rota. Note: This is a resilience measure. If activated (remote/WFH), you will be paid for the hours worked. The standby commitment is compensated via your paid break allowance.
Who We Are Looking For
- Confident Self-Starter: You are happy working autonomously. You can manage your own day and handle complex queries without constant supervision (essential for weekend working).
- Empathetic but Commercial: You can build rapport instantly but are not afraid to discuss fees and funding.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a distinct advantage.
Reports to: Senior Care Advisor
Supplementary information
