Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Lead to work closely with nurses and carers to uphold the highest standards of clinical care and governance across our homes. You will be supported by the management team to ensure residents receive exceptional nursing and clinical care, and contribute to all clinical delivery.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you will lead a skilled nursing team, drive continuous improvement, training, audits and compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding and DOLS.
