About the role

As a regional Painter and Decorator, you will be responsible for transforming interior and exterior surfaces across multiple sites through painting, wallpapering, and other decorative techniques. Working across the region, you will apply your expertise in surface preparation, colour selection, and finishing to deliver consistent, high‑quality results for our clients. This role requires strong craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage work across different locations and maintain high standards in varied environments.

Reports to: Home Manager/ Asset Manager

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Carry out painting and decorating works across multiple regional sites
  • Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, priming) prior to decoration
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and finishes to a high standard
  • Undertake minor repairs to walls, ceilings, and woodwork
  • Travel between locations and manage workload effectively
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Liaise with site teams and maintain clean, organised work areas

Skills and attributes

  • You will have experience of painting and decorating in a similar role
  • You will have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and regulations relevant to the job such as manual handling, safe use of equipment, COSHH etc.
  • You will also have your own basic tools and a full driving licence.
